The Mini BBQ Grill is great for tailgating, picnics and more. It is very portable and actually can grill/BBQ in 3 different ways. Grill the traditional way on a grate.Remove the grate and put all of your food ahead of time in the baskets you made. Attach the baskets to the spit put the cover on and never worry about flipping or turning your food, it rotisseries all on its own. Rotisserie Spit - Rotisserie a whole Chicken, Prime Rib, Cornish Game Hens, and the list goes on. Even though it is a small grill, it easily Rotisseries a full 4-5 pound chicken or prime rib. 1 size D battery is all you need and you will be able to rotiss for hours. Make more than one basket to put all of your food inside ahead of time. This works excellent of 1 or 2 day camping trip, picnic or tailgate party. Pack your baskets with food already in them into coolers, no handling of food when you arrive at your picnic or tailgate party. Just start up the coals and once ready pull out your first basket of food, attach and start grilling/cooking. The rotisserie takes care of everything else while you enjoy visiting with others! The Mini BBQ Grill saves on charcoal too! Only minimal amounts of charcoal needed to grill because of the smaller size and less area to heat up. Slide out the charcoal drawer while cooking and add easily some wood chips for extra wood smoked flavor! The charcoal tray is also used to adjust the bottom inlet combustion air by sliding the the charcoal tray slightly in and out. Top draft control adjustable from built in draft control on top cover. The Mini BBQ grill is easy to use and clean up when done grilling. Just slide out the charcoal tray and empty.
